"Helen makes you feel completely at ease as soon as you walk in the door. Her passion for acupuncture is clearly apparent & her caring personality makes her the perfect therapist. The results were noticeable from the first treatment & continue to improve. I cannot recommend Helen enough."A. D .
"I went to see Helen because I had read so much about acupuncture and wondered if it could help me with my anxiety. Now a couple of months down the line I feel like a different person. I am much more confident and I haven't suffered with anxiety since my first session. I would also like to add that even talking to Helen makes me feel better."Anon
"I went to see Dean for a recurring lower back pain. Having had several check ups, GP appointments and a selection of painkillers nothing seemed to be working well. Dean has a way of explaining how and why your feeling pain and discomfort with a easy manner. He is approachable and happily answered questions and queries that I had." The initial treatment gave me relief from pain for the first time in a long time. I have had three treatments now and I no longer notice the pain on a daily basis. Thank you so much.A H
" Hi Helen, I think you must have realigned my ying & yang or something. I haven't had a headache for about three weeks and all the painful tension in my neck has gone. I only realised a few days ago! I haven't felt pain free in years it has to be the acupuncture that's done it. Amazing! Long may it last. Thank you x"K. B.
"I've seen Helen a couple of times now. The first time I had a cupping treatment, Helen made me feel very welcomed and relaxed before the treatment even started. Needless to say after the treatment I felt amazing. The second time I asked Helen to recommend a treatment to which she suggested Acupuncture and a foot massage, again I wasn't disappointed. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Helen".K.B.
"Fantastic lady, Helen makes you feel so special. Helen, listens and treats everything that you need to make you fell amazing again. Highly recommended, best decision I ever made, seeking help from Helen to help with my depression, anxiety, panic attacks and not sleeping properly. Amazing Lady!"E.K.
"I went to see Dean to see if he could help with my plantar fasciitis. The pain was unbearable and had started to get me down. Dean really helped me. The relief I felt after just one treatment was incredible. Dean also gave me exercises to do at home to help with the recovery. I only wish i had found acupuncture sooner. I am now well on the way to getting my running shoes back on." Thank youC. A.
"Helen is absolutely fantastic. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, yet also very personable, caring and easy to talk to. I always leave utterly calm and relaxed. I would highly recommend Helen."A.G.
"I had a session of Acupuncture without needles today with Helen. I admit I approached it with some scepticism, but was intrigued as to how it would work. What an amazing experience! Helen made me feel totally relaxed and comfortable and her voice was so soothing I could have fallen asleep! We worked on feelings of overwhelm and, I don't know how it worked, but by the end of the session, I was literally buzzing and had reached a place where I realised that I had the power within me to control what I was feeling and not the other way round. This process has given me the tools to be able to handle negative feelings and not let them overwhelm me. I would definitely recommend giving it a go it really was an eye opener. Thank you So much Helen!"M. S.
"Only recently discovered Helen. What a lovely lady, so kind and gentle and her treatment really helped my painful dicky hip. If you're wondering about trying Acupuncture- wonder no more. Give Helen a call. You'll be glad you did!"P.C.
"I have wanted to try Acupuncture for a recurring injury and Dean was recommended by a good friend of mine. I wish I had booked a session sooner, not sure what Dean did but it's the first time in a long time that I don't wake in pain. I would happily recommend Dean."M.B.
"I recently went to see Helen with chronic back, shoulder and neck pain. I'd been to the GP's on a number of occasions to which they just prescribed naproxen, which masked the pain and did not help the problem. Well! After just one session with Helen I could feel the difference. I was not in pain, just an ache. She was so lovely and talked me through the whole thing. I'd recommend her highly to anyone. I've boked another session. I can't thank her enough for what she did for me."T.M.
"Relaxing treatment yesterday with Helen. Would recommend Acupuncture for a variety of health issues but, also just to relax and re-group. Thanks Helen See you soon for my next blissful treatment."A.W.
"I had a long distance healing session with Helen yesterday - and I can't begin to explain the huge positive impact it has had. Helen was very accommodating when I had to change the initial meeting time - she's so kind. She took me through some breathing exercises, and within minutes she helped me unlock something I didn't know needed unlocking. She was so kind with my responses, and let me lead how I explained what was happening with me. I want to work more with her, as she as honestly helped me have total clarity and so much positivity. I cant recommend her and the long distance treatment enough."L.B.
"I too am a very happy lady after having this treatment last week. As I have had acupuncture from Helen several times, I was certainly a little sceptical as how this treatment would work? It left me feeling so relaxed and a deep down in your tummy feeling of happy!!! Just really genuinely happy. Helen is so professional as ever and puts you at ease from the get go. Brilliant Treatment, thank you so much."R.L.
